Customer Journey Specialist
Salary: £26,250 per annum
Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday & 1 in 2 Saturdays

To support our Bodyshop, we are looking for:
* Full Driving Licence
* Excellent computer literacy
* Customer service skills
* Experience of logistics (not essential)
We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!
The role will include, but is not limited to the following:
* Inspecting vehicles and assessing damage; taking clear photos throughout
* Administrative duties, including liaising with customers and updating them
* Logistical planning and transport planning
* Occasional driving to collect/drop off vehicles
