Our client is looking for a Customer Service coordinator to support them and be the first line of interaction with their prestigious customers. This is a dynamic fast-moving environment, and you must possess strong Customer Service/ organisation skills as you will be constantly interacting with internal and external customers. Other aspects of the role include;

• Answering initial queries and either providing the solution or transfer to the relevant technical team.
• Taking and processing sales enquiries
• Putting together quotations
• Keep relevant parties updated if there are any changes/delays to the time scales/deliveries of their projects
• Liaise with the international head office

Previous relevant experience

• Excellent Customer Service is a must!
• Highly organised /methodical
• IT literate
