We are a group of companies working in the legal, accident management and healthcare sectors currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join us.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working for Kindertons Accident Management.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to all types of customer enquiries and resolve wherever possible without referring to another team or person, taking ownership of the enquiry and taking a proactive and positive approach to Customer Care ensuring satisfaction.
- Consistently deliver Customer Service targets and service standard targets as specified and provide performance management information as required.
- Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships, adopting a customer always focussed approach.
- Always comply with organisation confidentiality and information security policies.
- Your duties may vary from time to time within the broad remit of your role and grade. You are required to undertake any such reasonable and appropriate duties
- Communicating with clients and sources – Providing assistance and guidance as well as updates on the current progress of their claim. Ensuring all notes are clear and understandable for the other areas of the business to work with.
- Providing an excellent overall Customer Service to clients and sources.
- Dealing with inbound communications and ensure service levels are adhered to
- Managing a high workload whilst remaining organised. Utilising our case management system to follow up and document the claim status.
- Achieving set individual targets and assisting toward company targets.
- Any other duties reasonably requested by line manager.

Experience:
This role is a telephony role that will include data entry so telephone experience is essential.
Location: Crewe, CW2 8UY - This role is fully office based. Please ensure you check commute prior to submitting your application.
Salary: £21,500.00 (salary to increase in April 2024)
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 per week with 1 in 4 Saturdays paid in lieu
