Customer Service Advisers - Epsom Temp to perm after 12 weeks £ 11.44 PH £ 429.00 PW
37.5 Hrs Office based but after training possible hybrid.
We are recruiting for experienced call handlers to join our clients busy office in Epsom. This role will be office based where you will be contacting both customers and clients and will involve high phone call activity.
Hours 37.5 hours per week, Flexibility with shifts required.
The shifts are 8 hours between hours of 0800 - 2000 Monday to Friday & 0900 - 1300 Saturdays.

Shifts advised 6-8-week shift rotation pattern.
The first 6 weeks whilst training you will be working 0900 - 1700.

The Role
* Answering incoming calls quickly & professionally.
* Helping customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints
* Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues effectively.
* Logging calls and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
* Keeping to company policies and procedures at all times.
Required Skills
* Previous experience in call handling and Customer Service roles.
* Excellent communication skills and a polite telephone manner.
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
* Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* Reliable and punctual with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
* Consistency and reliability in previous roles.
