Customer Service Advisor
Contract: Leeds City Centre (Fully Office Based)
Salary: up to £26k
Hours: Mon-Fri (8:30-17:00) (Early finish Friday)
InterviewProcess: 2 stage interviews
Job Spec:
* Order management A-Z; registration, monitoring and invoicing on SAP.
* Respond, through various communication channels and in a timely manner, to questions and enquiries from our customers regarding various topics such as; orders, deliveries, prices, invoices, certificates etc.
* Ensure customers are continuously updated on their orders in case of delays or any other discrepancy against their confirmed order.
* Ensure that the Incoterms, payment terms, prices etc. are accurate and according to customer contracts on our sales orders on SAP.
* Actively participate in various activities and workshops connected to continuous improvements within the scope of Customer Service.
* Administration connected to dispatch of customer orders.
Person Spec:
* 2 to 5 years' experience as a Customer Service Executive office based role
* Knowledge of using Salesforce and extracting useful data from it.
* Knowledge of SAP
* knowledge in Import / Export procedures
* Good relationship building and communication skills at all levels written and spoken
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Agile and flexible
* Team Spirit and collaboration
