Customer Service Advisor

Join a family-run business in the heart of Edenbridge as a Customer Service Advisor.

THE JOB:
Primarily on the phones, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive excellent support and assistance. The job will include:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Provide accurate information and solutions to new and existing customers.
- Resolve any customer issues
- Complete general administration to fulfil orders

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or call centre role is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving and quick on your feet
- Familiar with CRMs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £20,000 - £25,000, dependent on experience
