Due to expansion, we are looking for additional Customer Service Advisors for this UK leading company.
The Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone with Customer Service experience, office based or retail, who is happy to be on the phone.
Location: This will be hybrid working after a successful probation period - so the best of all worlds, working with a great company and team and at home.
Salary £21,832 for 35 hr week

Overview:
Customer Service Advisors are responsible for delivering an informative and responsive telephone-based service which provides outstanding Customer Service and champions best practice in customer relationships to customers and members of the public
Duties:
- To respond professionally and effectively to all incoming telephone calls/inquiries.
- To escalate sensitive/urgent matters to appropriate internal department or Team Leader and highlight repetitive issues/calls to Team Leader
- To add appropriate notes to customers electronic files
- To respond appropriately to external emails received or forward to relevant internal team for actioning
- To pro-actively keep up to date with relevant information to ensure all customers are advised/responded to effectively and correctly
- To provide support and cover to Administration team colleagues and other internal departments as appropriate and agreed by Line Manager
- To undertake any other general team and administrative tasks as directed by the Administration Manager/Team Leader when the need arises (which may include training/induction, photocopying, typing, filing, distribution of correspondence etc
- To undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competence as required from time to time
Personal Specification:
Good general standard of education to GCSE or equivalent level with strong admin and keyboard skills (or demonstrable & verifiable relevant work experience)
PC literate with demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office applications and strong keyboard skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
Honesty and integrity with some understanding of data protection
Excellent Customer service skills – can recognise customers’ needs and strives to provide the best level of Customer Service
