Our client is an engineering organisation, seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. It is a small team where your hard work and input will feel appreciated and recognised.
Duties to include
Managing the order fulfilment process including administration of all customer orders, order expedites and order change requests
Daily proactive management of all customers order books to ensure Company sales target achievement and the Company KPI's are met
Ensure all CRM databases are regularly updated with customers details
Ideal candidates will have previous Customer Service experience, it does not however need to be industry related, just a passion for ensuring customers have the best experience possible.
The role is to start ASAP and is ongoing
Parking is available on-site and we do require someone with car access due to the location of the role.
