Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:
- Handling customer queries via mutli-channels
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all clients and stakeholders
- Handle and resolve Customer Service queries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure all Customer Service standards are upheld
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve Customer Service
- Provide feedback on Customer Service issues and trends
Profile
A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a call handling role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional Customer Service
- Proficiency in using Customer Service software and tools
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Can commit to a 2 month temporary role
