Key Role Purpose:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their valued customers. Your comprehensive knowledge of General Insurance, paired with a calm and considered approach, will make you the go-to expert for all queries from end customers, brokers, insurers, and internal departments.
Key Duties: What will you do?
- Administer all inbound requests, including calls, online messages, and postal queries.
- Process administrative queries across their product suite, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Be an expert in their in-house direct debit management process and handle finance queries.
- Engage positively with the Customer Service management team through quality monitoring and coaching.
Skills, Experience, Qualifications: What makes you successful?
- Excellent data entry and productivity skills.
- Strong prioritisation, planning, and deadline delivery skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT, maths, and statistics.
- Demonstrable experience in General Insurance and Call Centre environments.
