Customer Service Agent - Afternoons, Evenings, & Nights

Brook Street (UK) Ltd is working on behalf of our Belfast-based client to recruit telephone Customer Service Agents on a full time and permanent basis.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will work in the office in Belfast city centre and from home to operate as the first point-of-contact for the company's clients and partners. The majority of your work will be conducted at home but training and certain other days of work will be conducted in the Belfast office.
Dealing with queries from these organisations and liaising internally with the company's other departments, you will quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
Duties:

• Taking inbound calls from clients and dealing with teams across the business
• Dealing with a wide variety of queries, analysing clients` payments-related issues
• Assisting with disputes and providing sustainable solutions
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of functionalities for all systems
• Ensuring that a first-class CUSTOMER SERVICE is provided to clients
  Rota:
• 1345 to 2230 shift requiring one Saturday per month
• 1500 to 2300 not requiring any weekend work
• 1630 to 0330 not requiring any weekend work
• The successful candidate will train on-site in Belfast city centre for the first week of the role
• The training will take place between the hours of 1200 and 2000
• After training, the successful candidate will be expected to work the standard shift

  Criteria:
• Customer service experience e.g. Hospitality or Retail
• Demonstratable work history
