Swanstaff are looking for talented Customer Service Agents to work for our client based in Greenwich, SE10.
This client specialise in the sale of affordable modern furniture and focus on simplicity and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Responsive Customer Service: Closely monitoring our ticketing platform and ensuring prompt responses and issue resolution within set service level agreements.
- Resolving Escalated Issues: Proactively managing and resolving customer concerns, collaborating with external suppliers, couriers, and stakeholders to find solutions that benefit both the company and the customer.
- Knowledge Sharing and Learning: Actively engaging in learning company processes and procedures, while sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative spirit within the team.
- Maintaining Order Accuracy: Monitoring our order handling software (DespatchCloud) to ensure accurate order status updates and timely deliveries.
- Minimizing Delivery Delays: Proactively communicating with couriers to address potential bottlenecks and keep customers informed about any delays.
- Optimizing Customer Service: Participating in monthly meetings to recommend improvements in procedures, policies, and Customer Service guidelines.
- Handling Customer Claims: Efficiently managing customer claims based on our company's returns and refund policies.
This role is full-time Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
The ideal candidate will be available to start end of February/Beginning of March.
