We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Guest Experience Agent to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.
As a Guest Experience Agent you will:
Responding to internal and external phone calls, emails and messages quickly and efficiently
Managing guest requests, arrangements and queries
Greeting guests and anticipating their needs throughout the stay
Delivering a seamless check in and check out procedure
Reporting and record keeping
Our most successful Guest Experience Agent is someone who:
A clear communicator
Organised and detail oriented
Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts
Previous experience in a similar hospitality environment is desirable
A passion for delivering enchanting and memorable service
