Customer Service Advisor
CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Egham.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:
- Being point of contact to meet communication needs of key international customers
- Managing and taking ownership of cases throughout their lifecycle and through to completion.
- Ensuring cases are restored for service within SLA.
- Being central point of contact between international customers and suppliers.
- Booking of engineering resources
- Raising of accurate escalations in a timely manner.
- Booking of preventative maintenance visits
The Customer Service Advisor will have:
- A meticulous attention to detail
- Administration and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take responsibility
Shifts currently alternating weekly between 7am - 4pm and 10am - 7pm
