- Your main function during your first year will be driving valuations, listings and sales opportunities for the Branch Manager and Assistant Manager. We require someone with good communication skills, IT proficiency, team player with the ability to manage own time and spot opportunities quickly.

Estate Agent Property Sales Negotiator
- £35,000 on target earnings. Basic salary to £22,000. Whilst there will be a requirement to work Saturdays on a rota (1 in 3), the office hours are 8.30am to 6.00pm, with a 5.00pm finish on a Friday and 9.00am to 4.00pm on a Saturday with a day off during the week in lieu (5 day working week)
