The Beaumont Sainsbury Animal Hospital is the first opinion small animal teaching hospital for the Royal Veterinary College and located within walking distance of Camden, Euston and Kings Cross Stations. We provide high quality veterinary care to the local community, including a specialist exotic species referral service, in support of our objectives for clinical service, teaching, and research.
We are looking for a proactive dynamic and enthusiastic manager with a strong Customer Service background, in a veterinary environment. You will line manage our reception team to grow the hospital services through high standards of Customer Service, administration, & sales.
You will be responsible for leading a first-class reception team, ensuring the reception team act as an enabling service to the wider hospital, alongside overseeing complaints resolution, the aged debt process, and insurance claim management, with the support of the Senior Veterinary Receptionist.
The successful applicant will have a history of developing high performing teams in a veterinary Customer Service environment. Experience reviewing and interpreting service KPI reports, mystery shopping results and telephone handling data.
