SalaryWe are proud to be working with Ashford Borough Council in connection with their temporary vacancy for a Customer Service Operative to support in their Housing Repairs division.
The role:
Provide telephone support to customers and repairs teams.
Offer advice and arrange property repairs in accordance with agreed approach.
Update computer system by logging calls, outcomes and raising repairs jobs.
Admin support to repairs team and contractors.
Skills required:
Minimum of 1-years previous experience dealing directly with the general public or customers in a work capacity.
Previous experience in a building maintenance or construction related environment would be beneficial.
Methodical in your approach and able to follow a variety of complex tasks.
Flexible in attitude and manner in order to deal with a wide variety of people and service situations.
This is a temporary role for 1-3 months requiring an immediate start and offers 37-hours per week Monday to Friday based in their Ashford office.
