This business are seeking a full time, Contact Centre Executive on a temp to perm basis. The role will be based onsite at their offices in Droitwich with the opportunity to complete 50% of the hours from home after successfully completing the full training period. This business are specialists in the service they provide to their customers and pride themselves in going the extra mile.
Within this role you will be;
- Answering incoming calls
- Verifying correct customer data
- Call through new leads and outstanding leads
- Pass appointment lead sheets and quotation request sheets to the relevant Sales Coordinator
- Liaise with other departments within the business
This position will run Monday-Friday either 25, 30 or 35 hours per week based on a weekly rota. Two weekends per month will be required to work within this position.
Experience working within a Customer Service/call centre position is desirable but not essential. You must have excellent communication skills. Full training will be provided for this position.
