For the successful Customer Service Assistant our client is offering:
- Salary up to £25,000
- Monday to Friday 8.30 - 1700
- Permanent

The role - Customer Service Assistant:
- Communicate with customers and course attendees via email and telephone
- Assist with enquiries about course schedules and customer queries
- Support the Customer Service executive with queries and investigation
- Manage initial complaints from customers
- Assist with payments for course bookings
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Assistant:
- Customer Service Experience - ESSENTIAL
- Language Skills: Fluency in French OR Italian OR an Eastern European language - ESSENTIAL
- Relative Qualification in languages - DESIREABLE
