For the successful Customer Service Assistant our client is offering:
• Salary up to £28,000
• Monday to Friday 8.30 - 1700
• Permanent

The role - Customer Service Assistant:
• Communicate with customers and course attendees via email and telephone
• Assist with enquiries about course schedules and customer queries
• Support the Customer Service executive with queries and investigation
• Manage initial complaints from customers
• Assist with payments for course bookings
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Assistant:
• Customer Service Experience - ESSENTIAL
• Language Skills: Fluency in French OR Italian OR an Eastern European language - ESSENTIAL
• Knowledge of the Cyber Security Industry - DESIREABLE
• Relative Qualification in languages - DESIREABLE
