What will you do:
Provide GREAT Customer Service:
- Provide a warm, welcoming environment to students, parents and visitors to your buildings
- Reply to phone calls and emails in an efficient, friendly and professional manner
- Monitor the booking system and dealing with any follow up bookings
Get Creative:
- Assist with the marketing campaigns and lettings of the building and help with site viewings
- Supporting the management to organise social events for students
Take Lead:
- Collation, control and management of Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Establishing and developing working relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Working with University accommodation teams in ensuring a quality service to our clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
- Experience of sales or increasing revenue in current or previous role is desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt accordingly to the situation
