A great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service temp to work for a stylish, online luxury retailer who are growing from strength to strength in the industry!
This is a temporary role so candidates must be immediately available without a notice period.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer queries via email and Instagram in a timely manner with understanding, attentiveness and a solution
- Manage short orders by liaising between the customer and warehouse to resolve orders that are short on stock
- Manage a weekly Customer Service report
- Working closely with the design & technical teams relaying relevant product and customer feedback
- Populate claim forms for any orders that are lost or damaged in transit
- Action refunds to customers in a timely manner
- Regularly liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders are sent promptly, smoothly and any problems are resolved quickly.
- Working closely with the E-commerce manager to feed back customer satisfaction, comments and ways to improve the customer’s post purchase journey
The candidate:
- Must have experience in a fashion head office Customer Service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
