Customer Service Assistant - Permanent Contracts Available (8-40Hrs)

We are recruiting for permanent 8-40 hour contracts, for a Customer Service Assistant.

The Dufry Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant at our 'Center Parcs' location at Sherwood Forest.

We have a vacancy for different contracts between 8 - 40 hours; Customer Service Assistant on a permanent contract. We are looking for someone who is fully flexible, including weekends.

This is a key role in our stores as a customer facing role and requires the successful candidate to be personable, hardworking, positive and with excellent attention to detail. You must be able to work as part of a team, but be prepared to work on your own for periods of time; so self-motivation is essential.

Experience working in a retail environment would be advantageous, as would having experience processing deliveries.

The Main responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Delivery of Exceptional Customer Service
• Drive sales and add on products
• Accurately provide customers with detailed information about our products
• Visual Merchandising
• Working on a till processing transactions
• Putting away stock into warehouses in an organised and timely manner
• Replenishment of stock
• Support stock taking (possible Early mornings or Late nights)
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store
• Following Health and Safety standards
• Accurately follow security procedures
• Participate in training and development and attend monthly info sessions
