Immediate opportunity has arisen for this Student Accommodation based in Bristol for a proactive and enthusiastic Accommodation Assistant/Customer Service to provide front desk, admin and event support.

Duties will include:

• Manage all student related queries
• Sort deliveries
• Manage rent collection
• Provide Reception / Customer service assistance
• Manage, improve and update IT systems
• Support the Manager in all areas including marketing and sales
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Participate in face to face marketing activities
• Conduct room inspections

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Ability to handle sensitive issues
• Outgoing and happy member of the team
• Proven administration, reception and/or Customer Service experience
• IT literate
