Role:
- Communications with clients via our phone system
- Range of technical Foreign Exchange tasks
- Financial administrative tasks
- Calling out to clients to obtain KYC (know your customer) information
- Running documents through verification checks
- Helping migrate clients over to a new platform
Background:
- 1 year+ of Customer Service experience
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communicator
- Strong numerical skills
- An interest in Financial Services would be preferred
