Customer Service Coordinator

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Sales & Customer Service Executive for a well-established company based in Leatherhead with hybrid working. This is a rarely available opportunity to work within a great team, providing a high level of customer service to customers and order processing.

Specific responsibilities will include:

· Responding to calls and emails from customers, resolving queries and issues.

· Inputting customer orders using the processing system.

· Manage customer expectations on deliveries.

· Processing customer complaints/ any failures in accordance with company procedures.

· Dealing with logistics issues in a timely manner

· Co-ordinate with logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time.

· Maintaining the customer database ensuring all relevant information is accurate.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

· Previous experience in a customer focused role.

· Previous experience in order processing/ logistics.

· Experience with Salesforce or SAP would be an advantage.

· Strong communicator, team player, quick learner.
