Customer Service & Data Entry in Lenham near Maidstone
A well established and growing global manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their business! The company offers great opportunities for training and career development!
This is an ongoing position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate!
The purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and professional service to customers; both external and internal on all matters relating to the supply of materials.
Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customers inquiries,
- Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints,
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support,
- Answering questions about a company's products or services,
- Processing orders, transactions and requests,
- Entering data into the central databases,
- Maintaining and updating the database systems if necessary,
- General administration duties.
