Site Manager - Plymouth
Managing a refurbishment or new build project in the Plymouth area.

Day to day:
- Everyday Site Management duties
- Managing the site team
- Managing sub-contractors
- In charge of health and safety on site
- Inductions
- Monitoring the site programme
- Liaising with the Contracts Manager
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Good experience working as a Site Manager for a medium sized contractor
- Healthcare project experience desireable
- Good man management skills
- Excellent construction/ building knowledge
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Qualified
- Good knowledge of site safety
