The main purpose of this role will be to provide quality driven Customer Service and Order Processing support to a global leader in luxury textiles.
The company are a well known supplier for Luxury Hotels and Spas across the globe and they are therefore seeking a highly experienced and professional Customer Advisor with exceptional cummuncation skills to join their team in Maidenhead.
Job Duties:- Respond to incoming customer inquiries.
- Process orders, and communicate order progress to customers.
- Stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
- Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's Customer Service policies.
- Other duties as requested
- Proven Multi-tasking Abilities
- Dynamic Customer Service Experience with exceptional communication skills
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Order processing experience
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office
- Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in exporting to Europe and Rest of World.
- Basic Photoshop skills
