Customer Services Executive
  • Annual Salary: Up to £25K (dependent on experience)
  • Location: Newbury
  • Job Type: Full-time

We are on the lookout for a Customer Services Executive to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing, and ready to handle various responsibilities including Service Delivery, Customer Service, and Sales. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our mission to become one of the UK’s leading independent telecommunications providers.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Work with new and existing customers to assist with quoting, ordering, and delivery of Connectivity, Cloud, Mobile, and VoIP services.
  • Place and manage customer orders using a range of supplier and internal systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to identify needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Process sales and financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and prospect data.
  • Identify and onboard new partner prospects, contributing to business growth.
  • Own and achieve sales targets, managing the renewal of existing services and handling customer cancellations.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Customer Service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to research and update databases effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and managing data accurately.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and recommending solutions.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector is advantageous but not essential.
