Customer Service Executive

Adecco are proud to be representing a great family run business based in Sandbach who are now recruiting for a Customer Service Executive.
The position is Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm. This position is offering £24,500
The successful individual must have a proven track record of delivering excellent Customer Service. You will work closely with the operations team, Sales Team and Commercial Team to update customers on progress with orders. This will include proactively calling and answering inbound calls.
Duties will include:-
Answer inbound telephone calls and direct to the relevant contact.
Maintain and build relationships with customers
Dealing with customer complaints as a matter of urgency
Attend weekly KPI meetings
Update the CRM system
work closely with other departments
The successful candidate must be self motivated, have excellent time management and be able to adhere to deadlines, Good knowledge of Microsoft products. Be able to deliver excellent Customer Service and maintain and build customer relationships.
