SalaryOur client, a top Infrastructure Contractor in the UK are seeking the services of a Receptionist to support the team on a major Highwas improvement scheme near Solihull. Daily duties will include:
- Provide Reception & Admin support to the operational project team as required
- Stock controller for all office supplies
- Assisting with the role of plant controller within our finance system.
- Entering weekly timesheets for Operated Plant
- On and Off hiring plant
- Extending hires as required
- Attend weekly meeting and taking notes
- Receipting material deliveries
- Maintaining the site asset register
- Ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this role you will have experience in this field and have solid IT skills in word, excel and powerpoint. Good interpersonal skills also important. If you have previous Construction experience this would be great but is not essential.
In return an immediate start and good rate is on offer along. 6-7 hours per day so flexibility is on offer.
