EBCF are recruiting a receptionist to join our team at our Summerfield centre. The ideal candidate has previous experience in this role or similar.
Duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Dealing with customers via various channels i.e. telephone, email, face to face
- Data entry and database maintenance
- Communicating with customers, answering queries and resolving issues
- Filing/printing/archiving
- Liaising with management to ensure KPIs are met
- Assist with administrative tasks
Key Skills Needed:
- Must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
- Organisational skills
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- You must also pass a DBS check
- Previous relevant experience (preferred)
