The role:
Customer Service to clients over the telephone or via email.
Processing orders on to the inhouse system
Booking in demonstrations for prospective clients
Informing clients of stock levels, when stock will be delivered or occasionally if there is a delay.
Setting up new client on the system
Supporting Stock Management
In depth conversation with Dealer's and clients to ensure they have received the products they require
Chase up inactivates clients.
Supporting the Field Sales team
