Customer Service Executive

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading waste management company in their search for a Customer Service Executive to work on a permanent basis at their Wrexham offices.
For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:

• Up to £25,000 per annum
• 8.30am - 5pm - Monday - Friday
• Permanent position
• Free parking
• 20 days + bank holidays

The role - Customer Service Executive:

• Making outbound calls to customers with outstanding invoices
• Assist with payments and plans to ensure full payment for services
• Recording payments and allocating payments to customer accounts
• Updating and maintaining debt management lists

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:

• Experience of making outbound calls from a Customer Service environment - ESSENTIAL
• Compliant Management and Resolution Experience - ESSENTIAL
• Collections, Credit Control or Payment Processing experience - DESIREABLE
• Good negotiation and complaint resolution
