For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:
- Up to £25,000 per annum
- 8.30am - 5pm - Monday - Friday
- Permanent position
- Free parking
- 20 days + bank holidays
- Making outbound calls to customers with outstanding invoices
- Assist with payments and plans to ensure full payment for services
- Recording payments and allocating payments to customer accounts
- Updating and maintaining debt management lists
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:
- Experience of making outbound calls from a Customer Service environment - ESSENTIAL
- Compliant Management and Resolution Experience - ESSENTIAL
- Collections, Credit Control or Payment Processing experience - DESIREABLE
- Good negotiation and complaint resolution
