Customer Service Executive (German Speaking Temporary role), Frimley:
This role will require you to be the first point of contact for customers in Germany, proving information or raising queries or complaints. You will be dealing with mainly incoming emails but will also be required to make and receive telephone calls and must be confident in doing this.
Responsibilities include
- All areas of Customer Service
- Respond to a high volume of phone calls, emails and webchat - All in Fluent German
- Respond to requests for information and complaints
- Speak with customers on the phone, dealing with high volume of both incoming and outgoing calls
- Enter data onto the database - You need to be good at IT
- Working within a busy team, assist colleagues and support each other
