Customer Service - Sales Support - Administration - CSA

They are now looking for a highly organised, competent Customer Service Executive to join this friendly, customer focussed team.

This is a proactive role, speaking to customers, providing quotes, assisting the Sales Manager. You will be central to providing an exceptional level of Customer Service. You will also help produce fun and informative marketing and social media content on a phone and visit customers and exhibitions. Plenty to get involved in!

This is to support a small team of 4 people; the right candidate will need to have a great personality fit and be highly organised with fantastic communication skills.

What you’ll need to do:

• Answer the phone to customers, providing a solution to their requirements and providing quotations where required.
• Follow up quotes to completion - whether order or not
• Taking ownership of customers and resolving issues
• Updating CRM with leads and outcomes, along with use of systems and software for inputting orders
• Become a point of contact for customers, build and maintain relationships.
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Visit customers with team leader.
• Visit trade shows and exhibitions.
• Produce marketing content, especially videos - filmed on phone, for the website & social media. How-to videos and general publicity.
