A leading manufacturer for the Automotive, Industrial and Defence sectors is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Working in their friendly office with free parking in Portsmouth.

Your new role

This role has become available due to the continued growth of the team. You will deliver outstanding Customer Service and support to customers, resolving any issues, placing orders and overseeing the CRM system.

What you\'ll need to succeed

You will have proven experience in a similar role, with exposure to Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint and Dynamics 365. Excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, resilience, and a strong commitment to building robust customer relationships.
