CUSTOMER SERVICE Manager – Bradford BD17 area £38k + generous benefits
We are looking to recruit a Contact centre manager to join our Central team at our Head office. You will be responsible for line managing, driving performance, and inspiring the client communications advisors to hit targets. Responsible for setting, managing and reporting team targets and performance for a team of 10.
Overall responsibility for the contact centre managing the outbound (recall) and inbound services as well as managing an 11-step recall process to ensure the existing client base are communicated with using the right channel and at the right frequency to drive retention. To manage and lead the seamless integration of newly acquired practices into the recall system, inbound and communications process, ensuring brand protection at all times. Pro-actively collate, analyse and report all data – problem solving & flagging issues together with recommendations to the Head of Marketing & Communications in a timely manner.
Ability to lead, manage, coach and inspire the team to hit objectives. Having excellent communication skills, ability to spot, diagnose and solve problems in a calm and positive manner, including issues that may present at future dates. Ability to analyse data and make solid recommendations from it and to plan, prioritise and manage conflicting priorities using excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in Excel and Microsoft office (required), CRM systems administration (preferable), previous experience as a call centre manager
This is a fixed term initial contract until end of January 2025 - very likely to lead to permanent
