Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager include:

• Leading and overseeing the development of Customer Service strategies
• Rising to every challenge and solving problems
• Mentoring a team of Customer Service professionals
• Analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders and third parties to gather information to resolve issues
• Handle complex customer complaints or enquiries
• Manage & maintain budgets
• Support the business through operational effectiveness and delivery of KPIs

Profile

The successful Customer Service Manager will have:

• Proven experience in a previous Customer Service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of contact centre technologies and industry best practices
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Have the ability to effectively handle complaints and sensitive situations
• Be passionate, driven, and resilient
