Job description

Based on the foothills of Snowdonia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's excellent reputation.
As a Customer Services Manager your duties will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the business as if it were your own
  • Managing staff; including inductions and training
  • Meeting and greeting and interacting with customers to provide excellent levels of Customer Service, and acting as a brand ambassador
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Managing enquiries over the phone, via email and face to face
  • Liaising with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and manufacturing to coordinate customer requests and ensure a coordinated approach to problem-solving.
  • Developing the business
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company CRM system.
  • Dealing with day-to-day administration duties including; correspondence, sending and following up quotes, invoicing, and accounts administration

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • At least 3 years previous experience working in a similar customer facing management role
  • Excellent communication, listening and rapport building skills
  • Good IT and administration skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills and proven sales experience
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
  • Detail orientated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable calm and empathetic nature
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable

In return you will receive a salary in Circa of £25,000 per annum, plus enhanced company benefits & company discount.

This is a permanent, full-time role based near Caernarfon, Gwynedd. Working hours will be Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm & an early finish at 3:30pm on a Friday!
