Based on the foothills of Snowdonia, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's excellent reputation.
As a Customer Services Manager your duties will include:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the business as if it were your own
- Managing staff; including inductions and training
- Meeting and greeting and interacting with customers to provide excellent levels of Customer Service, and acting as a brand ambassador
- Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Managing enquiries over the phone, via email and face to face
- Liaising with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and manufacturing to coordinate customer requests and ensure a coordinated approach to problem-solving.
- Developing the business
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company CRM system.
- Dealing with day-to-day administration duties including; correspondence, sending and following up quotes, invoicing, and accounts administration
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- At least 3 years previous experience working in a similar customer facing management role
- Excellent communication, listening and rapport building skills
- Good IT and administration skills
- Strong Customer Service skills and proven sales experience
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
- Detail orientated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable calm and empathetic nature
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable
In return you will receive a salary in Circa of £25,000 per annum, plus enhanced company benefits & company discount.
This is a permanent, full-time role based near Caernarfon, Gwynedd. Working hours will be Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm & an early finish at 3:30pm on a Friday!
