As the Customer Service Manager, you'll lead a team of 5 talented Customer Service advisors instilling best practice and working towards a culture of excellence.

Your day to day will be split between the management and development of your team and great account management with your high profile key accounts to ensure that their day to day needs are met and exceeded
We would love to hear from you if you have a track record in a similar position, have been customer facing and experience in logistics, distribution, 3PL solutions, FMCG or similar
