Description
- Develop and implement new business strategies.
- Hunter mentality in identifying and winning new business.
- Work closely with other department heads to ensure the effective operation of the business.
- Drive growth and profitability within the warehousing business unit.
- Analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Oversee all aspects of contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations.
Profile
A successful Commercial Lead should have:
- A strong background in the Contract Logistics sector, with a strong bias to warehousing solutions.
- Proven experience of winning and onboarding new business.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of market trends and business strategies.
- High levels of motivation and a drive for success.
