Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Manufacturing business in Sheffield who are no looking to appoint a Customer Service Manager to join their Head Office Team

Description

• Directly lead and manage a multi functional Customer Service function compromising of order processing, quotations and internal sales
• Create, implement and drive key performance indicators that help drive both business performance and customer satisfaction
• Create and implement the overarching Customer Service strategy across the business, clearly communicating with wider departments and ensuring everyone knows how to best support the strategy
• Take personal ownership of escalated customer issues, reviewing in a timely manor
• Create strong working relationships with key functions including production, sales, logistics and other areas
• Review and improve operating procedures on a consistent basis to identify ways to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Identify new and improved ways of working across the business
• Take ownership of front line HR issues across the team
• Create and present key MI to senior directors and leadership team within the business
• Ensure you and the team keep up to date with product information that allows you to support customers

Profile

• Experience in a similar Customer Service management role
• Experience within construction / manufacturing or supply chain industry
• Strong customer focus
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to build strong working relationships
