Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Manufacturing business in Sheffield who are no looking to appoint a Customer Service Manager to join their Head Office Team
Description
- Directly lead and manage a multi functional Customer Service function compromising of order processing, quotations and internal sales
- Create, implement and drive key performance indicators that help drive both business performance and customer satisfaction
- Create and implement the overarching Customer Service strategy across the business, clearly communicating with wider departments and ensuring everyone knows how to best support the strategy
- Take personal ownership of escalated customer issues, reviewing in a timely manor
- Create strong working relationships with key functions including production, sales, logistics and other areas
- Review and improve operating procedures on a consistent basis to identify ways to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Identify new and improved ways of working across the business
- Take ownership of front line HR issues across the team
- Create and present key MI to senior directors and leadership team within the business
- Ensure you and the team keep up to date with product information that allows you to support customers
Profile
- Experience in a similar Customer Service management role
- Experience within construction / manufacturing or supply chain industry
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to build strong working relationships
