Main duties include:
- Manage and mentor a team of Customer Service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
- Build strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and refine Customer Service processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes as necessary.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the Customer Service team, tracking and reporting on their progress.
