This role is reporting to the Director and Customer Liaison Manager, and will encompass support duties aimed to assist in the day to day running of the online ordering service. The role can be full time or a Part Time Job Share 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service & Office Assistant
- Print online orders and Job Trackers each day and periodically throughout the day.
- Pick, check, and pack all orders, preparing for DPD courier at the end of the day, delivery to school or school collection.
- Answer telephone calls from store and customer queries.
- Free School Delivery orders, sent with a detailed name list for store, records, and school.
- Creating, editing, and updating website with school delivery dates on a termly basis, and liaising with the store and staff members.
- Liaise with Customer Service Manager & School Liaison to update on leavers hoodies and any other specific orders requested by customers. Order progress using excel.
- Returns & refunds in conjunction with Customer Service Manager.
- General office duties to include, photocopying, filing, and keeping office space and packing area tidy at all times.
- May include some Warehouse duties, ticketing, stock counting, putting stock away, tidying up and supporting Warehouse Team.
