Customer Service/ Office Assistant
Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year (depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Greeting visitors and answering the telephone
- Providing administrative support to members of the Sales Team
- Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated
- Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
- Assisting with weekly and monthly marketing
- Board ordering
- Mail Merges
- Ordering stationery and general office housekeeping
- Adhoc tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Be highly organised with acute attention to detail
- Stay calm and positive under pressure
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all parties quickly and effectively
- Be able to organise and prioritise work to ensure all daily activities are handled effectively
- Have good IT skills - specifically Word and Excel
- A team player with a passion to learn and grow
