Job Type: Full-time Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year (depending on experience)

Our client who is one of the leading estate agent in Woking are currently seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their team as a Customer Service/Office Assistant. This role demands a candidate with a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greeting visitors and answering the telephone
• Providing administrative support to members of the Sales Team
• Manage electronic data and e-mails and ensure all clients files are updated
• Register requirements and details of potential clients and applicants
• Assisting with weekly and monthly marketing
• Board ordering
• Mail Merges
• Ordering stationery and general office housekeeping
• Adhoc tasks

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Be highly organised with acute attention to detail
• Stay calm and positive under pressure
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all parties quickly and effectively
• Be able to organise and prioritise work to ensure all daily activities are handled effectively
• Have good IT skills - specifically Word and Excel
• A team player with a passion to learn and grow
