This role will have responsibility for the Customer Service function& indirect responsibility for the Warehouse function. The role will be responsible for day to day management along with driving continuous improvement across the business
Description
- Provide direct management and support to both the Customer Service Team Leader & Warehouse Team Leader
- Indirect responsibility for the Customer Service & Warehouse Teams
- Create, implement and drive KPI performance to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved along with business objectives
- Take ownership of any escalated customer issues where needed
- Build Strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to positively influence the customer journey
- Manage and assign workload across the teams to ensure performance metrics are achieved
- Work closely with sales function to best manage contractual agreements, customer on-boarding and create a consistent approach to working with customers
- Drive continuous improvement across the business where possible to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency and performance
- Manage relationships with 3rd party carriers to achieve contractual obligations
- Ensure adequate resource levels are achieved to meet customer demand
- Manage customer communication channels to best suit the customer

- Experience within a Customer Service or Operations Management role
- Strong communicator
- Ability to drive improvements
- Strong relationship builder
Job Offer
The role of Customer Service & Operations Manager will join an industry leading business on the outskirts of Leeds.
The role will be working 08-30 - 17-30 Monday to Friday
Salary of 35,000 to 40,000 depending on experience
