SalaryAllstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Customer Service and Parts Administrator based in Biggleswade on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Job Location: Biggleswade
Type of Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
Hours: 40 hours, Monday Friday
The role
As the Customer Service and Parts Administrator, your role will involve the following important duties:
- Answer calls from customers.
- Promote and prepare parts/service quotations and orders.
- Enter parts details onto the system.
- Create internal and external invoices.
- Input engineers' times build up the cost bases for invoices and for payroll.
- Raise warranty orders, Sales Orders, Work Orders, purchase requests and invoices.
- Process warranty claims and manage the acceptability or validity of warranty components or claims.
The experience required
As a successful Customer Service and Parts Administrator you will have the following:
- Previous experience within a Parts Administration role.
- Experience in the construction plant or transport industry.
- Strong Customer Service and administrative skills.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
